Roll-offs by size or by job, and portable restrooms for sites and events.
Taller walls for additions, new builds and bulky remodel debris.
Give your headcount and event length so the order gets sized properly.
Shops, offices and warehouses can ask about containers for a set period.
A sensible pairing with restrooms, and near food lines especially.
A steel open-top container set down at your address, then hauled away full.
Low walls make for easy tossing, and the footprint suits a short driveway.
Often called for at public events and on many job sites.
Agree on a swap routine at the start, so debris never holds up the work.
A middle ground for jobs that would overflow a 10 but not need a 20.
Worth a call when the job came up suddenly. Not every address can get it.
Common for warehouse clear-outs, large refits and heaps of packaging.
Keeps crews out of the house during a remodel or a bathroom redo.
Garage, attic or basement contents, all gone in a single load.
A provider will want crew size and site access first, so have them ready.
Framing offcuts, drywall, trim and packaging from a build or remodel.

Plenty of room for a whole-house clear-out with bulky furniture.
A remodel in Lafayette usually produces more volume than people expect, and running out of room is more costly than renting one size up. For 30,679 residents, 15 and 20 yard containers tend to cover most household projects.
Heavy material flips that logic. Concrete and shingles in Lafayette reach the weight limit before they reach the top, so a smaller or short-walled box may serve you better than a tall one.
A clear picture of what to expect when you call about Lafayette.
Concrete, brick and dirt need short-walled containers and a clear fill line. Mention them first so the right box gets sent.
Ask about 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yard containers. Not every provider stocks every size, so have a second choice in mind.
Street placement often needs a town permit. Check early, since the local office has the final word on it.
A weekend garage purge and a months-long remodel are different rentals. Ask for the arrangement that suits your timeline.
Describe what is going in rather than guessing yards. Roofing, concrete and household clutter all load very differently.
Sizes, rules and costs, explained for Lafayette renters.
Usually, as long as the container is sized for the weight. Layers matter: two layers on a Lafayette roof can double the tonnage. Have your square count ready, and ask whether shingles need to stay separate from other debris where you are.
Go by the job, not the house. A single bathroom or small cleanout in Lafayette often fits a 10 yard, a kitchen or several rooms of flooring a 15, and a mid-size reroof or full-floor remodel a 20. Going one size up usually costs less than a second haul.
If food is being served, your Lafayette or county health department may require them, and they are a sensible addition for any big crowd. Placing a sink near the restrooms and another near food lines keeps people from having to walk far.
Ask about a long-term arrangement, where a container stays on site and gets swapped when it fills. For a phased Lafayette project, this is often simpler than booking separate rentals, and the swap schedule can follow the work.
On private property, usually not. On a street, sidewalk or other public right of way, many towns do require one, and the rules differ across CO. Check with the Lafayette public works or permit office before the drop-off date.
Federal OSHA sets a minimum by crew size, starting at one toilet for a crew of 20 or fewer, and Lafayette or Colorado rules may add to it. Share your peak headcount with the provider so the unit count and cleaning schedule suit the work.
